About Your New Job

As the Program Manager, you will:

• Manage multiple NPD projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and deliverables.
• Maintain project charters, timelines, and status reports.
• Facilitate stage-gate process execution and develop risk mitigation plans.
• Liaise between NPD, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and manage Go-to-Market (GTM) execution.
• Communicate with external vendors and suppliers.
• Enhance NPD workflows and documentation management.
• Improve project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Tableau).
• Develop SOPs and best practices for NPD project execution.
• Track NPD project budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
• Monitor resource allocation and team workload.
• Track project KPIs and generate progress reports.
• Conduct post-launch analysis to assess project success.
• Facilitate training sessions on NPD processes and tools.
• Ensure regional teams are informed of project developments

What Skills You Need

• Proven experience in managing complex projects from concept to market launch.
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with various departments.
• Ability to develop risk mitigation plans and track project KPIs.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools like Smartsheet, Tableau, or similar platforms.
