Timesheet Management: Responsible for managing and reconciling Engineer hours for job costing before passing to payroll.
Liaison with FM Engineers: Address various queries and provide necessary follow-up and support to resolve issues.
Manage and update monthly quotes.
What Skills You Need
Experience: 5+ years of experience in an administration role.
IT Skills: Proficient IT skills and working knowledge/use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc).
