Our client is a leader within the financial services sector. Due to internal promotions they are seeking to hire a new People Analytics and Operations Specialist.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid work model, located in Dublin 1.

About Your New Job

• Design and deliver people-related reports and analytics
• HR Project Management 
• Update and monitor the CRM system
• Assist in the periodic audits
• Support GDPR/ Data Protection initiatives

What Skills you need:

• 2-3 in HR Analytics experience using HRIS systems
• Strong written, verbal, numerical and skills attention to detail
• Demonstrate creative and innovative approaches to enhancing processes / operations.
