Our client is an innovative, privately held health technology company on an exciting international growth trajectory. As part of their global expansion, they’re opening their first international office in Dublin in Q4 2025—right in the heart of the city centre.

A unique opportunity to step into a pivotal, standalone HR role as the very first hire on the ground in Dublin, supporting the growth of a new international office from day one.

About Your New Job

This role will serve as the lead HR professional in Ireland while being supported by their Dublin site lead and USA-based HR team.

• Serve as main point of contact for culture and all HR needs
• Create and maintain the employee handbook
• Manage the on/offboarding process, including creating welcome packages for new hires, processing of terminations etc.
• Set-up benefits and wellbeing program
• Align HR practices with company values and organisation goals.
• Offer guidance on performance, grievances, organisational change, and employee relation matters.
• Support recruitment process and manage the entire employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate action items from employee engagement surveys

What Skills you need:

• 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience required
• Third level degree required (Level 7 or 8), with a MA/MSc as a bonus (Level 9)
• Ability to work in a standalone role, with a start-up mentality
• Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency with G-Suite, Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (such as Greenhouse)
