About Your New Employer
Our client is a global organisation that builds simple, powerful tools within the Financial Service sector and falls into the big tech industry. Based in Dublin 8, they are seeking to hire a HR Operations Specialist for a 6-month contract role that is can be fully remote with the opportunity to go into an office if desired. There is an opportunity for extension at the end of this contract.
About Your New Job
- Managing queries via a ticketing system for HR matters globally, in alignment with established service level agreements and best practices.
- Perform accurate and timely Workday data entry for employee changes; identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
- Manage onboarding tasks such as Right to Work verifications and any new hire onboarding activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and analyse causes of common issues.
What Skills You Need
- 3+ yrs in HR/People Operations
- New Hire onboarding tasks and verifications
- Workday experience is essential
- Experience with ticketing system
