About Your New Job

As the Production Foreman, you will lead and coordinate all production activities across the workshop to ensure projects move efficiently from cutting and machining to assembly and finishing.

You will:

  • Oversee and manage the workflow of all production projects, ensuring each stage progresses smoothly and on time.

  • Lead and support a team of production technicians, providing clear instructions from manufacturing drawings.

  • Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules, allocate workloads, and resolve bottlenecks.

  • Perform quality checks at key stages to ensure the highest level of workmanship.

  • Liaise with the office, design, and purchasing teams to flag issues, ensure materials are available, and maintain smooth communication across departments.

  • Maintain workshop safety, machinery standards, and ensure proper PPE and safe working practices.

What Skills You Need

  • Experience in kitchen manufacturing, cabinet making, joinery, or a similar production environment.

  • Previous supervisory or foreman experience in a factory or workshop setting.

  • Strong ability to interpret manufacturing/technical drawings and provide guidance to the team.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and workflow-planning skills.

  • Good problem-solving ability and an eye for quality and detail.
