About Your New Job
As a Project Administration / Documentation Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate documentation control and compliance across multiple projects. Working closely with Project Managers and internal teams, you will be central to project delivery and quality assurance.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing GMP/GDP documentation control, quality, test and validation plans using online portals
Preparing and maintaining construction packs, installation files, and documentation for third-party inspections
Supporting project kick-off, review, handover, and close-out meetings, including scheduling and recording actions
Assisting with CE Marking and ISO certification documentation for industrial refrigeration systems and structural steel welding quality systems
Ensuring records are established, maintained, tracked, and compliant with internal and external requirements
Supporting supplier and subcontractor evaluation, pre-qualification, and re-evaluation processes
Providing documentation support to Service & Maintenance teams where required
You will work collaboratively across departments and engage directly with clients when required, with occasional site visits.
What Skills You Need
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Proven experience in project administration and/or document control within regulated or technical environments
Strong understanding of quality systems, compliance, and controlled documentation
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to work confidently with online documentation portals and internal systems
Strong communication skills and the ability to support multiple stakeholders
What’s on Offer
Office-based role, 36.5 hours per week
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, with early finish on Fridays
One-hour paid lunch break daily
