About Your New Job

• Manage GDP, documentation control, and project-specific quality, test, and validation plans using online portals.
• Directly deal with clients on documentation matters, which may require occasional site visits.
• Provide support to Project Managers and the team, including administration for CE Marking and ISO certifications for Industrial Refrigeration Systems.
• Ensure procedures and controls are in place to adhere to compliance requirements for processes and products.
• Establish and maintain records, ensuring all new staff are inducted into the requirements of the processes and documentation.
• Ensure all suppliers and customers are selected, evaluated, and re-evaluated, maintaining records of assessments.

What Skills You Need

• Proven experience in project administration and documentation control, preferably within the industrial refrigeration or HVAC sectors.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
•  Excellent communication skills for dealing with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with CE Marking, ISO certifications, and online documentation portals.
• Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and compliance requirements effectively.
