The team comprises 50 professionals from 14 nationalities, with a 45% female gender balance. Their work spans residential, educational, workplace, hospitality, and commercial office sectors. The practice is highly organized, featuring a dedicated Technical Director and BIM Manager, and operates within ISO-certified processes, including NSAI ISO19650 certification for BIM and digital data management. They are now looking for a project architect to join their team.

  • About Your New Job
    As the Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from concept through to completion.
  • You will work directly with design team members to provide a holistic and sustainable vision for all projects.
  • Ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of design, sustainability, and client satisfaction.
  • Be involved in client meetings, project planning, and coordination with other consultants and stakeholders.
  • You will prepare and present design proposals, detailed drawings, and specifications.
  • Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design intent is maintained and that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • You will mentor and guide junior architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • You will stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure that the studio remains at the forefront of architectural design.

What Skills You Need
A relevant qualification in architecture and experience in large residential projects preferred
Registration with the RIAI
Site experience is essential
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and autonomously
Have excellent technical knowledge of building construction and technical design skills
Full working proficiency in Revit
Full knowledge of Irish Building Regulations
Previous experience working in teams and on multiple projects
