About Your New Company

You will join a global, market-leading project and programme management organisation operating across multiple industry sectors and regions. The business delivers complex real estate and infrastructure programmes at scale and is known for its technical excellence, collaborative culture, and strong client partnerships. With a significant European footprint and a focus on continuous improvement, the organisation provides a stable yet fast-paced environment where senior leaders can drive meaningful impact.

About Your New Role

As European PMO Lead, you will play a pivotal leadership role overseeing the delivery of large-scale real estate and facilities-related programmes for a key global client across Europe. You will be responsible for driving strategic alignment, governance, and operational excellence across a diverse portfolio of programmes, including compliance, safety, quality, data, transition, training, and alliance development initiatives. The role requires strong influence across organisational boundaries, coordination of third-party service providers, and the ability to deliver consistent outcomes across multiple geographies.

What You Will Need

  • Extensive experience leading complex programmes or PMOs across multiple countries
  • Strong background in real estate, facilities management, or built environment programmes
  • Proven ability to lead and influence internal teams, external partners, and senior client stakeholders
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams, governance frameworks, and programme reporting
  • Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and programme management tools

What You Will Get

  • Salary: Up to €120,000 per annum
  • Bonus: 20% performance-related bonus
  • Car Allowance
  • Pension Scheme
  • Family Healthcare Cover
  • Hybrid Working Arrangements (Dublin HQ-based 3 days per week)
  • Opportunity to lead high-profile, multi-country programmes for a global client
  • Exposure to senior stakeholders and long-term career progression opportunities
