Project Support Administrator
About Your New Employer
- Our client is a leading player delivering public lighting solutions for over 40 years nationwide. Specialising in public lighting, sports lighting and bespoke monument lighting. This position will be based in Parkwest, Dublin 12 and will be 4 days in office, 1 from home.
About Your New Job as the Project Support Administrator, you will:
- Collate and update job packs for site works, ensuring all job packs are signed off by an electrical supervisor prior to site issue.
- Assist with service drawing requests and filing.
- Assist with any NC4's or information required.
- File and record site testing records (electrical and construction).
- Gather and file site photos, ensuring all photos are time and date stamped, geo-referenced, and allocated to a particular pole and street.
- Prepare and update the site photo index, notifying site management of any gaps (including before, during, and after photos as previously agreed).
- Assist with any admin required for safety file.
- Perform general office admin tasks as required.
- Assist with document control and quality management.
- Take meeting minutes when required.
What Skills You Need
- A Construction or Electrical administrative background highly desirable.
- Experience in document control and quality management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
