Property Manager (Commercial) - Dublin City Centre

About Your New Job
- Guarantee that operational and maintenance standards fulfil the needs of occupiers and clients, including the implementation of Planned Preventative Maintenance plans
- Foster strong working relationships with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and engagement
- Develop service charge budgets, analyse financial discrepancies, and implement corrective measures as needed
- Inspect properties, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and oversee the performance of on-site personnel
- Maintain client reporting systems and ensure that Health & Safety practices are followed, tracking critical dates including lease renewals and rent reviews
- Collaborate with the Procurement Team to negotiate contracts and ensure invoices are approved and accurately coded
What Skills You Need
- 5 or more years experience in Commercial Property Management
- Relevant third-level degree and/or professional qualification (MSCSI/MRICS or equivalent)
- Previous experience in Lease Structuring
- Experience with Property Management Software, managing scheduled works, logging and approving invoices, ensuring budgets are managed and tracked accurately
- Excellent communication skills, and a desire to work closely with clients and tenants on a daily basis
- Strong understanding of Landlord and Tenant law in the Irish property industry
- You have managed contractor teams and follow procedures to the highest standards
- Full clean Driving Licence
