Quantity Surveyor – Precast Construction

North Dublin
Salary: €60,000 – €80,000 + Excellent Benefits

About Your New Role

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of precast concrete packages from pre-contract through to final account. Working closely with project, design, production, and installation teams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered profitably, accurately, and in line with contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and managing project cost plans and budgets

  • Valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts

  • Managing variations, claims, and cost reporting

  • Procuring subcontractors and materials

  • Liaising with main contractors, clients, and internal teams

  • Supporting project delivery from a commercial perspective

What You Will Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline

  • Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a contractor or specialist subcontractor

  • Experience in precast concrete, façades, or specialist construction packages (advantageous)

  • Strong commercial and contractual awareness

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach
