About the Role:
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist / Front of House to join our client's team and be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys providing outstanding customer service. Our client is one of Dublin's leading residential estate agents, specialising in family homes and investment properties.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Respond to all online enquiries and forward emails to appropriate persons.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Provide administrative support to the team as required.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience as a corporate receptionist required.
- Strong communication, customer management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, initiative and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT systems.
- A positive, professional attitude and a customer-focused approach.
