Working for a leading Distributor of Health, Beauty and Cosmetic products who have been extremely successful in Ireland for the past Decade. Due to continued success and growth they are now looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager to cover Southern Ireland.
About Your Sales Manager job
This is a player Manager role and involves 4 days out on the Road and 1 day in the office in Dublin.
The key objective is to develop and grow the market share of their Brands through management of the sales team and building account relationships.
- Responsible for a Team of 6 Field Sales Merchandisers
- Responsible for Key metrics to include journey planning, volume, revenue, availability, visibility, and in store merchandising executional standards.
- Training and coaching the team on selling, merchandising and relationship management.
- Working closely with key stakeholders to align on strategy, commercials, and budget achievement.
- Setting KPIs and Targets
- Develop and manage strong business relationships with key accounts and customers.
What Skills You Need for this Regional Sales Manager role
- At least 3 years of experience managing a Sales Team – field
- An interest in the Retail industry
- You need to have an FMCG Sales background yourself
- Strong communicator with a proven ability at leadership and managing a team.
- High level of IT proficiency: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
- Full clean driving licence
What’s on Offer
