About Your New Job

They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architect to join their dynamic team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have experience across a range of sectors and stages of project delivery, from conceptual design through to construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the project team to develop design concepts and provide innovative architectural solutions.
  • Prepare and present design proposals, sketches, 3D models, and drawings.
  • Lead the production of design and technical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is met throughout the construction process.
  • Oversee the preparation of planning applications and regulatory submissions.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing technical expertise and design insights.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, building regulations, and sustainable design practices.
  • Assist in the development of junior team members and support their professional growth.

What Skills You Need

A degree in Architecture (or equivalent) and Professional qualification as an Architect (RIAI or RIBA)

Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience with a variety of project types (e.g., residential, commercial, public sector).

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (knowledge of additional software is a plus).

Strong understanding of building regulations and construction processes in Ireland.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

A portfolio of relevant work demonstrating your design capability and experience.
