About Your New Job as a Store Manager will:

• Be responsible for the overall performance and daily running of the store.
• Deliver on all agreed store KPIs, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
• Foster a culture of excellent customer service and continuous improvement.
• Plan, prioritize, and delegate workloads effectively.
• Recruit, schedule, and manage team performance, coaching and mentoring staff to reach their full potential.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, merchandising, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Oversee effective merchandising and display of product offering.

What Skills You Need

• Minimum two years’ retail store management experience (food industry experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Effective leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and improve.

What’s on Offer

• Competitive Salary: Annual Salary: €33,280 – €36,400 + extremely attractive monthly KPI-based bonus package (up to €12,000 additional)
• 1 weekend off in 4 weekends
• only 2 late nights per week to 9pm!
