• Fast-growing construction company looking to recruit a Senior Sales Administrator for their office, to support our growing sales function. This role combines lead generation, outbound prospecting, and CRM management with strong sales administration and coordination responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in pipeline creation, quotation management, and ensuring smooth sales operations across the business.

About Your New Job

• Research and prospect new customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Qualify leads and book meetings for Sales Representatives
• Manage CRM data and track sales activity
• Prepare and issue quotations and sales documentation
• Support sales meetings, reporting, and events
• Manage contract documentation, ensuring all records are accurately logged, maintained, and issued to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner

What Skills You Need

• 3+ years’ experience in sales, sales support, or a customer-facing role (graduates considered)
•  Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced SME
• Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot an advantage)
