Working for a leading Distributor of Health, Beauty and Cosmetic products who have been extremely successful in Ireland for the past Decade.  Due to continued success and growth they are now looking to recruit a Field Sales Rep for the South East - mainly Waterford and Kilkenny.

About Your Field Sales Job

• You will be responsible for driving sales and brand awareness across retail outlets and pharmacies.
• Visit existing and potential customers across your designated territory to promote and sell cosmetic products.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
• Support new product launches with in-store demonstrations, sampling, and training.
• Ensure product displays are visually appealing and meet brand standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and staff.
• Report regularly on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Represent the brand positively and professionally at all times.

What Skills You Need for this Field Sales Job

• Field Sales experience or Merchandising experience essential
• Interest or experience in cosmetics, skincare, or beauty is a strong advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Full, clean driving licence
• Ability to travel daily within the South East of Ireland territory. 

What’s on Offer

This Job comes with a basic salary of 30-32k plus Bonus.  Benefits include Company Car, Ipad and Lunch allowance.
