About Your New Job

As Senior Construction Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end construction of large-scale solar PV and BESS projects. This is a strategic role requiring both leadership and hands-on project delivery across multiple locations. You will ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective delivery through design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full construction lifecycle for multiple utility-scale renewable energy projects.

• Leading site-based teams and coordinating with internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.

• Overseeing project schedules, budgets, and risk management in line with FIDIC contract standards.

• Reviewing technical designs, construction methodologies, and tender documentation.

• Promoting safety, quality, and compliance across all construction operations.

What Skills You Need

• 5–7+ years of experience in renewable energy project management, particularly in solar PV and BESS.

• A degree in Project/Construction Management or a related engineering discipline (civil, electrical, mechanical, or energy).

• Strong working knowledge of FIDIC contracts and construction regulations across Ireland and the UK.

• Proficiency in solar PV plant electrical design (AC/DC), grid connection, and energy storage integration.

• Valid driving licence for Ireland & UK, and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
