Our client, a leading global financial services company is looking to recruit a Senior Manager Depository Operations for their central Dublin office (hybrid).

The successful candidate will have a comprehensive full understanding of the A-Z of Depositary and can build successful relationships internally with key stakeholders and with colleagues in Risk, Compliance, Legal and Fund Administration teams and external client

About Your New Job

• Supports the VP and Head of Depository in the management and strategic direction of the Depositary team.
• Leads on-site inspections of the Fund Administrator and leads the diligence reviews of the Managers
• Demonstrated track record of project management.
• Reviews Depositary tasks and takes part with discussions and projects with compliance, risk, and internal audit teams.
• Reviews the key tasks of cash flow monitoring, investment and borrowing restriction checks, safekeeping of other assets and NAV oversight.
• Draft responses and submissions to the CBI 
• Train new staff and participate in performance appraisals

What skills You Need

• Minimum 10 years relevant Depositary/Trustee industry experience with strong UCITS/AIF knowledge with private debt experience.
• Leading Depository team
