About Your New Job

• Design, develop, and integrate complex electrical systems for innovative Cardiac Ablation Solutions products.
• Lead challenging projects and mentor team members.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in mechanical engineering, software development, quality assurance, and manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards (e.g., IEC 60601).
• Develop detailed specifications, schematics, and PCB layouts.
• Perform system-level integration of hardware, firmware, and software components.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support verification and validation activities to ensure safety, compliance, and efficacy of the product.

What Skills You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a minimum of 4 years of electrical design experience or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of electrical design experience.
• Experience in medical device or highly regulated industries (automotive or other relevant backgrounds are also considered).
• Proficiency in EMC design and test principles per IEC 60601.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping, testing, and debugging PCB assemblies.
• Experience with signal integrity, noise issues, and long flexible PCB board technology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative work ethic.
