Senior Property Accountant

My client within the Property Industry have a requirement for a Qualified Accountant with at least 5 years or more experience within a  Finance Controller role in property or construction.

• Deliver monthly flash reports and detailed quarterly management accounts including insightful financial and operational commentary, trading and project level analysis, overhead analysis and cashflow analysis.
• Annual budget and quarterly forecast preparation for trading, balance sheet and cashflow.
• Leadership of a team of committed, engaged finance professionals.
• Work closely and effectively with the Management Teams to deliver the strategy for the Irish business.
• Analyze actual performance versus Group Strategy
• Work closely with the commercial director and the commercial department to ensure timely and accurate project cashflow and commercial project profitability forecasts.
• Banking and treasury management including securing bonding capacity to meet business growth objectives, and FX hedging strategy as required.
• Ensure robust control systems and data analysis in place to support any approval requests for overhead and CAPEX spend.

REQUIREMENTS

• Finance Manager/ Controller with a strong finance background
• Property or construction industry experience
