About Your New Job
- Lead the Quality Team: Oversee Senior Quality Engineers, Calibration, Documentation Control, and Inspection Room staff.
- Drive Quality Culture: Ensure compliance is embedded and lived throughout daily operations.
- Manage QMS: Oversee and continuously improve the site’s Quality Management System, including supporting the implementation of a new QMS in Q1 2026.
- Problem Solving: Act as a hands-on problem solver, providing solutions-driven support to production, engineering, and senior leadership teams.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all quality processes, documentation, audits, and controls align with relevant medical device and regulatory standards (ISO 13485, FDA, etc.).
- Audit Management: Manage internal and external audits, investigations, CAPA, NCRs, and change controls.
- Continuous Improvement: Support operational scale-up, continuous improvement initiatives, and quality best practices.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop team members to deliver high-performance results.
What Skills You Need
- Experience: 7+ years in a Quality role within a medical device or highly regulated manufacturing environment.
- Leadership: 3+ years in a leadership role
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of ISO 13485, QMS systems, audits, and regulatory expectations.
- Hands-On Approach: Ability to work in a fast-paced, solution-oriented setting.
- QMS Systems: Experience implementing a new QMS system.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
