Senior Retail Accountant - 80k

My client based in d1 have a requirement for a qualified accountant with a strong financial and management accounting background from A FMCG OR RETAIL  Company  – this industry experience is a must   - only apply if you are coming from this industry background

About Your New Job

• Preparing all month end duties and reporting of the same 
• Designs and implements systems and procedures, performs periodic audits,
• Manages the month end close process and assisting in the preparation of the monthly Plant performance reports, with the presentation and explanation of variances.
• Assist in building the annual budget plan, and quarterly forecasts.
• Ensure forecasts and Budgets are loaded into the consolidation reporting system
• A central role in coordinating the month end closing procedure.
• Presents financial information to business budget holders and site leadership teams.
• Performs regular Balance Sheet reviews to check the validity of accruals and provisions.

What Skills You Need

• Qualified Accountant with a strong finance background 
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and commercial finance exp
• Must have worked within FMCG or retail in a similar role

Please note this role is an 18 month contract 

• 80k with benefits
