Working for a leading and luxurious supplier of wood flooring, walls, ceilings, furniture and cladding.  This company is 50 years old with Showrooms worldwide and their Irish Office is 5 years old so a great time to join.  Due to rapid success, they are looking to recruit a Senior Showroom Sales person to work in the Showroom located in Dublin Southwest.

About Your Showroom Sales job

• Client facing role requiring extensive sales leadership experience within a residential, interiors, or property-focused environment. 

• The successful candidate will lead the Dublin showroom operations, manage and convert inbound leads, nurture key account relationships, and drive revenue through a consultative, high-end sales process.

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Residential showroom
• Responsible for walk-ins, scheduled appointments, and presentation of the space
• Convert inbound enquiries from homeowners, designers, architects, and builders
• Relationship Management
• Responsible for visual merchandising in the Residential Department
• Order Management using the CRM system
• Working Days Monday to Friday and Tuesday to Saturday – rotation

What Skills You Need for this Senior Showroom job

• 3–5+ years of Sales experience within this industry  
• Strong background in consultative selling
• Experience gained in a luxury showroom environment
• Knowledge on building materials, interior finishes, or design/construction is a strong advantage
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Internet, Social Media and AI savvy

This role comes with a basic salary of 50k plus commission.
