Our client is an innovative, global leader within the food and nutrition sector, currently looking to bring on a temporary Senior Specialist in Talent & Capability, to work on a three-month contract in their City West or Kilkenny location.
While this role is temporary to start, there is opportunity for extension/ to be hired on as permanent.
About Your New Job
The Talent Senior Specialist will help shape and deliver a forward-looking talent strategy. They will analyse talent trends, understand what the workforce needs, and use data to create solutions that improve how the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
- Use data and technology to shape and deliver talent strategies that support business growth
- Analyses workforce data to identify current and future skills and capability needs for the business
- Prepare enterprise-wide reports and provide insights to guide talent strategies and solutions
- Deliver key talent planning activities such as workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning
- Support early career programs to attract and develop global talent
- Help define and improve performance development and career growth frameworks
- Leverage technology platforms (e.g. Talent Intelligence Hub, SuccessFactors)
- Build and maintain analytics in partnership with the wider team.
What Skills you need:
- 3-5 years of experience in people analytics, talent management, or a similar role.
- Bachelor's / master's degree in HR, Business, Analytics or a related field.
- High level of proficiency in reporting, presentations, data analytics tools and software (e.g., PPT, Excel, People Analytics).
- Experience with HR technology platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday).
- Strong in organizational and presentational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
