About Your New Job
As a Service Engineer, you’ll be responsible for delivering, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting mobile CCTV systems and other site security technologies across Dublin region. This role is pivotal to ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding the brand’s service promise.
Your duties will include:
Installing and setting up rapid deployment CCTV systems on construction and industrial sites.
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues both remotely and on-site.
Performing routine maintenance and inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Managing local stock and materials, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness and organization.
Acting as a key liaison with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify further service opportunities.
You’ll work closely with the Transport, Logistics, and Operations teams, and occasionally support activities at the local operations hub.
What Skills You Need to Become Service Engineer
Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience using tools and technology.
Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively on the spot.
Excellent customer focus with strong communication skills.
Full driving licence (max 3 penalty points) and willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general IT literacy.
