About Your New Job – Shift Manager

As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing your production shift team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Your goal: to drive performance across production KPIs, including quality, efficiency, hygiene, and safety, while ensuring Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are strictly upheld.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead production teams to achieve daily targets in line with lean manufacturing standards.

  • Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, and hygiene protocols.

  • Work closely with Quality Assurance, Logistics, Maintenance, and HR to support seamless plant operations.

  • Act as the deputy for the Production Manager and take a key role in continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

What Skills You Need

  • 2+ years’ leadership experience in a food manufacturing or nutrition production setting.

  • Strong people management and team development capabilities.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with SAP, MES, or SCADA systems is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
