About Your New Job

• Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Prepare and submit site reports, drawings, and other necessary documentation
• Setting out: Accurately set out the site and ensure all measurements and levels are correct
• Use of surveying equipment to establish site levels and boundaries

What Skills You Need

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal guidelines
• Experience with setting out and using surveying equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Full driving license (vehicle provided)
