About Your New Job

• Managing the day-to-day activity on site.
• Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site.
• Ensuring quality and standards of the project are met.
• Coordinate and control plant and material on site.
• Comply with all Health and Safety policies.
• Assist in managing traffic on and off site.
• Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site

What Skills You Need

• Experience in similar type of utilities and/or public realm construction projects is desirable
• Proven record of seeing projects through from start to finish.
• Excellent working knowledge of latest utilities and public realm regulation and certification standards
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Strong organisational and time management skills to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• A full clean Irish Driver's Licence - Class B.
