About Your New Job
As a Site Manager / Working Foreman, you will oversee residential retrofit projects from start to finish, working directly with homeowners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Day-to-day management of sites and subcontractors.
Planning, coordinating, and scheduling all site operations.
Liaising with management, design teams, suppliers, and homeowners.
Ensuring all projects are delivered within scope, on budget, and to high-quality standards.
Maintaining accurate site documentation, including Health & Safety files.
Supporting a positive team culture on-site and managing relationships with all stakeholders.
What Skills You Need
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar on-site role.
Strong background in the building trade, ideally with residential renovation experience.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Essential certifications: Safe Pass, First Aid, Manual Handling, Abrasive Wheels, PSCS.
Ability to travel across West Cork and Cork City; must be reliable and self-motivated.
