As a Technical Area Sales Manager

• You will engage in specification sales to specifiers such as architects, surveyors, local authorities, building owners, or main and approved contractors.
• You will manage your territory, maintain strong relationships and focus on commercial and public projects.
• You will build strong relationships with clients, ensuring reciprocal business and expanding your client base.
• You will oversee project procurement from outset to conclusion with a strong tracking and project management emphasis.

What Skills You Need

• 4+ years in construction sales, ideally focussed on the exterior of a building
• You must have a proven track record in technically focused specification sales, business development, and account management
• Hold a full clean driver's licence and rights to work in ireland
