About Your New Job

• Own creation, submission, and maintenance of product specifications across retailer platforms, ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, and alignment with recipe and nutritional data.
• Manage packaging specifications, labelling systems, barcodes, and artwork approvals while supporting production readiness and packaging trials.
• Coordinate technical documentation and support cross-functional teams to deliver successful, on-time product launches.
• Ensure all products meet food safety, legal, and retailer standards, supporting audits and maintaining quality documentation (QAS).
• Maintain accurate data across systems (e.g. SAP), collaborate with internal teams, support HACCP and continuous improvement, and ensure packaging sustainability compliance.

What Skills You Need

• Degree in Packaging Technology, Food Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in a similar role in the food manufacturing industry with strong expertise in customer specification systems.
• Skilled in packaging and labelling
• In-depth knowledge of food labelling legislation and compliance requirements.
