About Your New Job
- Take charge of sourcing everything from tools to tech – ensuring our teams have what they need, when they need it.
- Cultivate strong supplier partnerships to get the best value, smooth deliveries, and reliable service.
- Use the PEMAC software system to raise and manage purchase orders with precision.
- Work closely with maintenance and production teams to stay ahead of supply needs.
- Keep a close eye on deliveries – confirm everything matches the original order and resolve any hiccups quickly.
- Keep our stores organised and efficient – maintain digital and physical records that are easy to access and up to date.
- Perform stock checks and general upkeep using PEMAC to ensure everything is accounted for.
- Track spending, stick to budgets, and raise the flag if anything’s off-course.
- Follow all site Health & Safety procedures – your safety and others’ is key.
What Skills You Need
- Confident communicator across all levels – from workshop floor to senior leaders.
- Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel.
- A sharp problem-solver with a knack for understanding technical detail.
- Previous experience with PEMAC is a bonus – but we can show you the ropes.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing your own workload.
- Background in procurement or a similar role is essential.
