About Your New Job

As a Technical Consultant, you will:

• Provide Clinical and Technical Support: Assist the clinical team in operating theatres for spine cases, ensuring optimal patient safety and quality.
• Territory Case Coverage: Support intraoperative sales and provide troubleshooting assistance to the field sales force and customers.
• Training and Education: Develop and participate in training programs for employees and customers.
• Inventory Management: Maintain inventory at optimal levels according to guidelines.
• Customer Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with customers, providing onsite technical support and liaising between customers and internal teams.
• Support Marketing and Sales: Assist in the introduction and market release of new products.

What Skills You Need

• Educational Background: Degree in Engineering, Radiography, Life-science, Business, Biology, Physiotherapy, Nursing, or another relevant advanced degree.
• Experience: Experience in the medical device industry or hospital operating room environment.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment with sales teams, physicians, nurses, and hospital technicians.
• Independence and Team Contribution: Demonstrated ability to work independently on projects and contribute to a larger team.
• Flexibility: Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule, including travel and weekend support.
• New Graduates: Will consider new engineering graduates for potential roles.

Nice to Haves

• Interest in Technology: Keen interest in technology and its applications in the medical field.
• Specialized Knowledge: Spinal/Orthopaedic or Cranial knowledge is desirable.
• Training Experience: Previous experience in training or education.
