About Your New Job

• As a Territory Sales Manager, your job will be to responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products.
• Conduct regular client meetings to present and demonstrate the company product portfolio, clearly articulating key features and benefits.
• Identify potential customers and introduce them to product offerings, preparing customized solutions to meet customer needs.
• Prepare and submit pricing contracts, and proactively follow up with clients to identify opportunities for increasing sales volume and profitability.
• Provide prompt and effective support for any client issues related to manufacturing or delivery, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.

What Skills You Need

• 3+ years of proven success in direct sales, ideally within the medical devices or healthcare sector
• Strong self-motivation and a results-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding targets and growing professionally
• Quick to learn and demonstrate technical proficiency with medical equipment, including the ability to suggest improvements in usage
• Committed to safety and responsibility, with a clean driving record (no accidents and no more than one ticket in the last three years)
