About Your New Job

• As a territory sales Manager, you job will be generate and manage sales within the division, ensuring quarterly and annual sales targets are met or exceeded.
• You will develop and manage relationships with senior health professionals, and key suppliers.
• Take leadership from the Sales & Marketing Director to drive the sales strategy and explore new clients and market opportunities.
• You will be leading, coaching, and mentoring a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What Skills You Need

• + 4 years of Experience in Sales withing the Medical Device sector
• Ability to drive sales growth and meet targets.
• Skilled negotiator and influencer with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A flexible and enthusiastic mindset with a strong personal drive.
• Full clean driver’s license.
