About Your New Job

• Manage and grow a defined geographic territory through strong, trusted relationships with GPs and practice teams.
• Work with Marketing and consultants to deliver targeted GP education initiatives, study days, and learning opportunities.
• Engage with GPs on feedback on referral processes, service quality, and patient experience, acting as a voice of the customer within the organization.
• Collaborate with the wider internal group to improve the service offering and keep your clients engaged and happy.
• Embrace Microsoft Dynamics and other digital tools, ensuring data accuracy and leveraging insights to refine territory strategy.
• Prepare and deliver regular reporting on activity, opportunities, and outcomes to management.
• Promote a culture of excellence, customer centricity, and continuous improvement in how the group supports its GP network.

What Skills You Need

• 3+ years experience in a GP field sales or GP engagement role within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or diagnostics.
• Familiarity with the North Leinster GP landscape is highly valued and strongly desirable.
• Full, clean driving license
