Warehouse Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a Warehouse Specialist who will act as a Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day logistics operations across Ireland and the UK. Working closely with our Swedish operations and customer service teams, you will manage shipments, maintain stock accuracy, and configure assistive technology devices to ensure they are ready for end users. This is a hands-on role with a meaningful impact, helping people access technology that supports communication and independence.

Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Specialist

• Pick, pack, and ship products and accessories to customers

• Receive, inspect, test, and return items to stock

• Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of all shipments

• Rebuild and refurbish mounts returned from customers

• Maintain stock levels and restock shipping materials

• Configure devices and prepare products for end users

• Keep a clean and organised work environment

• Support additional logistics and operational tasks as needed

Requirements of the Warehouse Specialist / Logistic Co-operative

• 1–2 years’ experience in logistics, warehousing, or a hands-on operations role

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Comfortable working with hardware, device setup, and basic troubleshooting

• Experience with import/export processes and international shipping is an advantage

• Good written and spoken English

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Ability to follow work instructions and lift items up to 50 lbs (23 kg)
