About Your New Job

As the Web Sales and Inventory Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the Growth of Web Sales: Develop and execute a clear web sales strategy, identify new digital sales opportunities, optimize pricing and promotions, improve conversion rates, and monitor digital acquisition channels.
  • Managing Existing Orders & Fulfilment: Take end-to-end ownership of online orders, work closely with warehouse and logistics teams, monitor order processing performance, ensure accurate inventory alignment, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Customer Service & Direct Customer Interaction: Respond to customer enquiries, handle escalated issues, liaise with customers to resolve fulfilment problems, and use customer feedback to improve website experience.
  • Collaboration with Purchasing, Inventory & the Store: Align online demand with purchasing decisions, ensure accurate stock levels, support forecasting, coordinate promotions, and support an integrated customer experience.
  • Working in an Owner/Director Environment: Work closely with the Head of Operations, present data-backed recommendations, take ownership of decisions, and adapt to a fast-moving environment.

What Skills You Need

  • Proven experience in e-commerce and web sales management.
  • Strong commercial leadership with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
  • Operational capability to manage day-to-day e-commerce operations.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work closely with senior leadership and influence decision-making.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of Google Analytics, sales, and data points.
  • Proactive and process-oriented to ensure stock availability and timely order fulfilment.
  • Strong collaborator to work effectively with different departments, including inventory and customer service.
  • Growth mindset to identify insights, issues, and trends to increase sales.
