Chef de Partie

The Holy Grail Bar & Restaurant Bunclody Limited at Main Street, Bunclody, Co Wexford is hiring Chef de partie. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a chef and have a knowledge of Indian cuisines and dishes. Specialised in Tandoor dishes would be an added advantage. A certificate in food production or relevant experience is required. Comply with food safety & hygiene. Experience working in a busy kitchen is essential and must be a team player.
