Sous Chef

The HolyGrail Bar and Restaurant Ltd trading at 13 Market Square, Enniscorthy, Co Wexford, Y21 K449 is hiring Sous Chef. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a chef, have a knowledge of Indian cuisine and dishes. Comply with food safety and hygiene. Knowledge of continental cuisine would be an added advantage. A certificate in food production or relevant experience required. Experience working in a busy kitchen is essential and must be a team player. This is a permanent full-time role, a salary range of €36,000 to €39,000 per annum, Hours of work per week: 39 hours.
