Position: Chef de Partie
Job Description: Applicants are expected to Manage the kitchen, cook and prepare quality food for various service periods and in accordance with the needs of the business. Applicants must have at least 2 years experience and a working knowledge that is similar or equal to HACCP
Salary: 34,000 per annum
Location: Hook & Ladder Restaurant, 7 Sarsfield Street, Limerick City
Work Hours: 39 hours per week
