We are currently seeking an experienced Head Chef with a distinguished contract catering background to join the team at this top blue chip in Dublin. This is a primarily daytime role at a large site (600 pax) with a good amount of corporate hospitality (last minute lunches in addition to the daily offering).

The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience as Head Chef within a large site, with a proven track record as a versatile and talented chef who can create innovative menus to a consistently high standard. Must have strong knowledge of % GP margins and labour costs as well as excellent client relations skills.
