Role Summary

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years helpdesk experience in a work capacity and be familiar with resolving technical issues regarding Security , access , email, pcs, peripherals and mobile phones
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 1st Level IT support to users across the company, responding to queries, running diagnostic programs, isolating problems and implementing solutions.
The successful candidate should be an enthusiastic person who is keen to develop in a technical environment and have exceptional customer service skills with great written and verbal communication skills.


1 year experience in a previous helpdesk role

Technical Requirements o Third level qualification in a related discipline or equivalent work experience or in an IT Field or current industry standard technical certification.
o Advanced skills in the use, support, troubleshooting and administration of Active Directory, Sharepoint, MS Office operating system including Office, Lync and Outlook.
o Experience working in a Citrix environment is an advantage but not essential.
o Working knowledge of iPhone is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
o Strong desire and ability to learn new technologies.
o A strong knowledge of Word and Excel in particular is required to create reports
