The successful candidate will be APA qualified (personal general insurance) and will have proven leadership and team building experience gained in a Customer Services Team.

This is a role for a positive minded, enthusiastic individual - someone who understands the importance of "good vibes" on an open plan Customer Service floor, someone who gets that people want to enjoy coming into work, someone who enjoys pushing people that bit further and is known for being the "happy one". Basically - you leave people in good spirits after gracing them with your presence!

On a daily basis, you will be responsible for developing a competency based Performance Management Framework and ensuring continuous improvements are made to processes and practices within your given department.

It is essential that all staff/team members are equipped with the knowledge, skills and training needed to ensure they perform their roles to the required standard and to the best of their ability - therefore you will also manage a training and quality control process to monitor this.

The successful candidate will ideally have 2 years experience in a training/coaching/development capacity, with excellent communication skills, reporting capabilities and proven success in developing a team through a Performance Management Framework. Intermediate skills at a minimum required in MS Word and Excel.

This role offers a €35k salary and interviews are to be held immediately for suitably skilled/qualified candidates.
