Programme Manager - Civil Infrastructure Light Rail

The Light Rail Network Management Section within TII is responsible for the strategic oversight of the Luas network, including operation, maintenance, asset management, safety assurance, renewals and network enhancements. The section works closely with colleagues across TII as well as the Luas Operator and Maintainer (O&M) Contractor, other contractors, consultants, public and local authorities and other stakeholders. The Programme Manager will work as part of a multidisciplinary delivery team, managing multiple projects identified within the Light Rail Life‑Cycle Asset Renewals (LCAR) and Network Enhancement portfolios (NE). The role reports to the Senior Programme & Delivery Manager within the Light Rail Network Management Section.

Junior Quantity Surveyor (Light Rail)

TII is the Sponsoring Agency responsible for light rail and as such is tasked with the procurement, delivery and operation of light rail services and also the design, procurement, management and construction of new light rail projects. The Project Services department is responsible for developing and owning the plans, core processes, control systems and business intelligence that enable TII to manage its multi-million portfolio of road and light rail projects and infrastructural assets in an efficient and value-adding manner. The primary role of this department is to standardise and integrate the activities of commercial management, risk analysis, quality and time management (scheduling) in the effective planning, delivery and ongoing monitoring of TII projects.

ZEVI HEO

The ZEVI team within TII charged with the delivery of the National EV Charging Infrastructure Strategy and the Regional and Local EV Charging Network Plan, the National Road EV Charging Network Plan, and the implementation of the Data Strategy, requires an experienced administrator to support the planning and delivery of recharging infrastructure.

Senior Transport Strategist

The Strategic and Transport Planning (STP) Section leads TII’s strategic planning and transport policy work across all modes, including national roads, light rail, greenways and active travel. The Section undertakes strategic studies, monitors current and future transport needs, and assesses trends affecting the national roads, light rail, active travel and greenway networks. It identifies opportunities to optimise existing infrastructure and determines where upgrades or new investment may be required.
