Customer Service / Telesales - Swiss German and French
Location: Holland
Salary: €21,000
ROLE:
Responsible for providing a professional and efficient customer service function for the customers of our clients.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Completes telemarketing- and telesales campaigns (both inbound and outbound).
· Takes part in a project briefing and supports the concerned project actively.
· Performs the role within given timescales, efficiently and effectively.
· Develops and maintains a full (technical) knowledge of client surveys and services.
· Recognizes when a problem or query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Education :
Secondary/further educational qualification
Experience :
· 6 months experience in Customer Service/Telesales environment
Technical or specific skills (e.g. technical, computer)
· Speaks and writes requested languages native or near-native.
· Preferably some Database knowledge.
