The Expenditure Team Leader is responsible for managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable process. A key responsibility of this position is to facilitate the standardisation of the Purchase to Pay (P2P) process stream across the company's operations in Europe.

Roles/Responsibilities:

- Work with the company's third party outsourced party to identify process improvements and
strengthen alignment
- Work with the Expenditure operational team to improve audit performance.
- Work with technical teams to identify and implement process improvements in the P2P process.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, corporate policies and procedures.
- Ensuring that invoices and other accounts payable documents are processed within the established
service levels of all countries
- Develop/maintain KPIs for accounts payable team to ensure good service is provided
- Develop and monitor team performance to ensure SLA agreements are met
- Investigate and respond to queries and issues raised by the customer contact centre concerning
accounts payable issue escalation resolution
- Develop and implement Accounts Payable policies and procedures and monitor compliance

Skills/Experience:

- 2-3 years experience at a team lead level within Accounts Payable is essential for this role.
- People management experience is essential for this position.
- Oracle knowledge an advantage
- Proficiency in English, additional language skills are preferred
- Good customer service skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Project management experience

Education / Professional Qualifications:

- University degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
- Part qualified to qualified accountancy qualification.

*This is a maternity contract for a period of 9 months.
